Work Work Work

Smart Express (now Ticket-it) is a web application Marker developed for Courierpost’s high-volume customers to print their own shipping labels. It replaced a creaky old piece of client-based software that was complicated and expensive to maintain.

After key user research I led the interface and user experience design creating a web app that was intuitive, responsive and fully keyboard navigable. The application is now in service in warehouses and distribution centres across the country.
